- Submit a concise description of your Dispute. If the
Dispute is
complicated, state what remedy you are seeking.
- Enter the email
address of the other person (owner) in the dispute.
- The other person in
the dispute has the opportunity to send a Response by e-mail with their
version of the dispute or any arguments that support their position.
If the other person will not be sending a Response, check the box next to
"There will be no response."
- Either party may
include in their Dispute or Response any league rules that apply to the
dispute. Either party may include in their Dispute or Response any comments by the league commissioner or other
people having a direct interest in the dispute. These should be clearly
identified as such.
- The judge's decision
is final.
- The judge will normally follow the above procedures,
however the
judge may
vary from these procedures if the judge determines it is appropriate
to do so.
- The FantasyDispute.com
judge will e-mail a written decision simultaneously to both people the
same day as long as the Response is received by 5:00 p.m. PT or if the
dispute is submitted by 5:00 p.m. PT and there will be no response.
