Fantasy Sports Dispute Resolution

How It Works

  • Submit a concise description of your Dispute.  If the Dispute is complicated, state what remedy you are seeking.

  • Enter the email address of the other person (owner) in the dispute.

  • The other person in the dispute has the opportunity to send a Response by e-mail with their version of the dispute or any arguments that support their position.  If the other person will not be sending a Response, check the box next to "There will be no response."

  • Either party may include in their Dispute or Response any league rules that apply to the dispute.  Either party may include in their Dispute or Response any comments by the league commissioner or other people having a direct interest in the dispute. These should be clearly identified as such.

  • The judge's decision is final.

  • The judge will normally follow the above procedures, however the judge may vary from these procedures if the judge determines it is appropriate to do so.

  • The FantasyDispute.com judge will e-mail a written decision simultaneously to both people the same day as long as the Response is received by 5:00 p.m. PT or if the dispute is submitted by 5:00 p.m. PT and there will be no response.
